We believe we are created to be in community to support and empower each other using our own experiences, learnt skills and knowledge. Education can serve as a conduit to gain valuable skills that can enhance our ability to engage positively with others. We both value the varied and incredible opportunities University study gave us. Our daughters have also had this opportunity. As a legacy to Felicity’s passion for the support of women and girls, particularly those marginalised, we have made steps towards donating a Prize in her memory, in perpetuity, to Western Sydney University where she had studied. Our hope is this Prize will make a difference to each recipient, encouraging and confirming their tertiary studies.
